We have noticed incorrect information on the internet that Veolia has tried to import nuclear waste from outside the country and to treat them in Japan, but that is not true.
Veolia has a specialized company which retrieves, treats and conditions in a stable, durable and secure manner, the nuclear waste generated by the Fukushima accident in Japan. But Veolia has not and will never import and treat radioactive waste from any other country into Japan.
