Disaster Support
Water supply facilities are critical infrastructure essential to daily life. When such facilities are damaged by disasters or other emergencies, we work to restore water supply capacity promptly. Based on requests from local governments, we provide various support activities including public announcements, telephone response, emergency water supply operations, and other relief measures. We have established approximately 100 agreements with municipalities nationwide to ensure our readiness.
Community Monitoring
Our meter reading operations involve visiting homes throughout the community. Should we detect any unusual signs during these visits, we promptly report to the relevant authorities and take appropriate action based on the situation. This initiative aims to work cooperatively with municipalities, to ensure senior residents can live safely and with peace of mind in their familiar communities. We have established 70+ agreements nationwide and consistently conduct these monitoring activities every day.

Community Cleaning
We believe that always paying attention to keeping our streets clean and beautiful is the first step in fulfilling our role as a member of the local community. We proactively organize and participate in local cleanup activities.
Educational Opportunities
Through providing classes and facility tours for people to understand our work related to water, waste, energy, as well as other educational programs on environmental issues, we create opportunities to explore solutions alongside the next generation who will lead the future.
Participation in and Sponsorship of Community Events
We organize festivals where people can enjoy learning more about our work, and we support local events through sponsorships. By participating in these activities together with the local community, we help revitalize our neighborhoods and create enjoyable memories.
