We contribute to improving water utility performance by assessing pipeline healthiness from every angle, including leakage surveys, pipeline monitoring, inspections and detection services. Similarly in the wastewater sector, we support the early identification and repairing of abnormalities through screening surveys and Non-revenue water investigations.
We also centralise information on complex pipeline networks through our internally developed GIS (mapping system) and related systems. By visualising maintenance records, we support more efficient management and operations. In addition, we use AI to analyse collected data and quantify the deterioration level of water pipelines. Based on these results, we provide end-to-end support across the entire pipeline lifecycle, from the development of efficient renewal plans to day-to-day maintenance management.
About Our Solutions
Drawing on the technical expertise and experience we have built over many years, we support the efficient management of drinking water and wastewater infrastructure maintenance and help pass on sound infrastructure to the next generation.
Leakage detection
Leakage caused by corrosion or damage to drinking water pipelines can result in economic losses and major incidents such as road subsidence. From house-to-house acoustic surveys and road surface acoustic surveys to detailed investigations using correlation-based leak detection equipment, we identify leakage points using the most appropriate methods for each situation, helping to maintain safe water infrastructure.
Inspection Surveys of Fire Hydrants, Valves and Pipe Bridges
We inspect and photograph the functional condition and corrosion status of fire hydrants and valves, and compile the results into a database. Buried gate valve covers are located using metal detectors. For pipe bridges, we use aerial work platforms and drones to inspect corrosion and damage safely and efficiently.
Sewer Pipeline Screening Surveys
To address growing demand for pipeline inspections, we conduct screening surveys using the autonomous drone Archimedes. This solution eliminates the need to enter manholes and allows the simultaneous operation of multiple drones, including in curved pipelines. By enabling inspections without pipe cleaning, it delivers efficient condition assessment and rapid response for Non-revenue water investigations.
Drinking Water and Wastewater Pipeline Management System (Mapping System)
Our system provides centralised management of drinking water and wastewater pipelines, facilities and related asset information on a map-based platform. Equipped with various search, print, and system integration functions, as well as specialized features for drinking water and sewerage networks, it supports the operation and maintenance of drinking water and wastewater infrastructure.
AI-Based Deterioration Assessment
In addition to pipe material, diameter and installation year, AI learns from environmental factors such as ground and soil conditions. Based on past leakage and repair records, it quantifies the future deterioration level of pipelines. These diagnostic results enable more efficient planning of leakage surveys and the development of cost-effective renewal plans.
Construction Supervision Support
We carry out on-site attendance and verification for construction supervision related to the renewal, replacement, and new installation of water pipelines. Based on construction plans and relevant regulations, we check whether works are being carried out properly and report all the findings in detail. During switchover work, we also perform water shutdown and resumption operations.
