Operations

At water treatment plants, we optimise entire processes through cloud-based dashboard analytics. By using ICT and AI for 24/7 operational management, we maximise plant treatment capacity while ensuring effluent quality and balancing energy performance. This helps reduce environmental impact while contributing to decarbonisation and biodiversity. We provide our services to a wide range of customers, including drinking water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as industrial facilities.

Maintenance

Drawing on experience from more than 7,000 sites worldwide, we carry out optimal maintenance and asset care activities through condition monitoring and deterioration diagnostics. Centralised cloud-based data management and analysis enable us to optimise inspection activities for each asset and feed the results into asset management initiatives, maintaining its availability, while lowering lifecycle costs of water assets.

Crisis Management

In the event of a disaster, we work in close coordination with municipalities to support crisis management operations. Leveraging our nationwide network, we can deploy our own water trucks and provide a rapid response structure. We also contribute to early recovery in affected areas and the prevention of secondary damage through the implementation of business continuity plans and regular training.

Procurement & Management

By fully leveraging our global network and procurement capabilities, we ensure a stable supply of consumables, such as chemicals while reducing costs. From a Value Analysis (V.A.) perspective, we promote appropriate usage and ordering control through inventory management systems.

Water Quality Management

We implement rigorous water quality management based on our own control standards and monitoring parameters, which are stricter than legal requirements, as well as standardised procedures managed under ISO management systems. We also promote knowledge transfer through ICT-enabled tools such as video manuals. In addition, with the Group’s own analytical centres, cross-checking is also possible.
