### Guidelines for Employment of People with Disabilities

At Veolia, we have established three employment guidelines to create a company and workplace where everyone, regardless of disability, can work with vitality.

#### Espoir Farm (Disability Employment Support Farm)

Established in July 2024, Espoir Farm serves as a hub for Veolia to collaboratively advance various activities , including promoting the employment of people with disabilities, raising awareness of normalization,\* and information dissemination, based on the core concept of "a workplace where everyone, regardless of disability, can work with vitality."

### TSUBAKI Network

The TSUBAKI Network is a cross-organizational network within the Veolia Group, composed of members from various departments, positions, and organizations. Its purpose is to increase the number of female engineers and managers at Veolia in Japan, and to create a workplace where all employees, regardless of gender, can work comfortably.

### Diversity Working Group

Together with the internal human resources committee and the TSUBAKI Network, the working group promotes diversity.

**Key Activities**  
・Fostering a diversity culture through trainings, management-led town hall meetings, and other initiatives  
・Formulating KPIs and action plans at the group company and business line levels
