We hereby inform you that the legal status of Veolia Japan K.K. has changed from that of a stock company (kabushiki kaisha) to a limited liability company (gōdō kaisha) effective as of 1 September 1, 2023. Please be advised that going forward, we shall be operating as Veolia Japan GK and no longer as Veolia Japan K.K.
